UPDATE: I spoke with the company and it appears to be an issue with Amazon selling the used item. They were apologetic and fixed the issue quickly. The laser is nice and works properly.This unit is WELL used!! I am so frustrated to get such a DIRTY unit. It literally has saw dust and dust all over it. If you sell a USED product then advertise it as such. It also appears faulty has it will only stop beeping if you tilt the unit off the floor. These are floors in my home and know for a fact that it’s not because it’s unlevel. Not that extreme. This is a $250 purchase. It’s unacceptable.

I just been using this laser level for the last week and it has been working terrifically. The only fault to it is that the remote that comes with it does not turn the laser on off, but it’s has worked flawlessly and you can’t beat the price great laser. The magnet has a lot of holding power. I saw on reviews that it did not. It is very easy to set up and use in a laser is really bright inside of this basement that I have been framing the ceiling down.

The accessories & manual for this laser leveler leave a lot to be desired. I can’t figure out what the metal bracket is for. Looks like it could potentially mount to the bottom of the tool, if it didn’t have a laser there. I also broke the plastic adjustment bracket because it came loose from my toolbox. Overall though, I’ve heard great things on Huepar, and this thing is a drastic improvement over my Home Depot Bosch special. The app seems almost pointless to me, maybe some will disagree, but the remote is really all you need!

I was blown away by this laser level this thing does it all and then some well worth the money hands down. I would put it against default and Milwaukee any day of the week for real and the price perfect.

It's an excellent product, comparable to other brands. It's a very precise laser, it looks very high quality, and the price is reasonable for a product of this style.Personally, I think it's a good alternative. The brand may not yet be as well-known as Dwalt, but I assure you that I've had excellent service, and the product performs as promised.

The media could not be loaded. Update 2. A replacement was sent and it works great. Very happy with the customer service and the product now that it works as advertised. Posting a video of how the remote moves the line when you cannot be next to the laser to move it manually. I am 22 ft up in the air on a lift and controlling the laser mounted to another lift with the magnetic base. Was unable to use the app on my phone and record that at the same time so I used the remote for the video but will use the app on my phone most of the time as it works great and has some features the remote does not do as well or smoothly.Update. Tech support/ Huepar team has been in contact with me and we are working thru the problems and hopefully can resolve the connection issues. A+++ service so far! Will update stars when issue is resolvedPhone says it is paired with W-serials but for whatever reason the app will not connect to the laser or find it when you search. It is also not shown in the new products tab or the information tab as if this laser does not exist.Will be returning since it does not work as listedIt does rotate with remote but having it work with the phone app since you always have your phone on you is the reason for the purchase.

I would for sure give this product a 5 star however since Amazon send me a used somewhat damage item when i paid for a "new one" it gets 3 stars works good

The media could not be loaded. This laser level is almost awesome and yours may well be. However, one 90 degree segment of mine on the horizontal line is barely visible, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. The other 270 degrees of horizontal and the vertical are bright and clear even in bright daylight. I do recommend it, especially if you don't have this same issue. I haven't raised with Huepar yet, but I intend to, and they may well rectify it, so will update review of that's the case.
