It's good and value fir money product. Very much needed for killing germs and parasites crawling on floor. No need of disinfectant as the steam does most of the job. Heat level is good. Light weight easy to handle. Steam starts coming under 30 seconds which is fast.I mainly bought it for floor and surface disinfection. But as it has multiple nozzles itvcan be used for cleaning kitchen and washroom too.My only concern is two mop pads are provided which are good in quality, but they're not selling the mop pads seperately.One tip: Use RO water for longevity as hard water may cause rust inside and cause issues.

Yesterday, we noticed that some parts were missing from the steam cleaner, so we requested a replacement. Today, we received the replacement unit; however, the bleaker and water filter are still missing. In addition, the product has several scratches, giving the impression that it has already been used. I am trying to request another replacement, but the system is not allowing me to proceed. I kindly request the Amazon team’s support to resolve this issue.

It’s a good product for cleaning stubborn dirtI cleaned mattress , stains in bathroom , used it for cleaning kitchen chimney, it cleans very well but after some use unlock button is not working while using it’s locking it’s being difficult in using , other wise it’s really good product

I like the handiness of the product, it cleans well. I love that they've given different cleaning nozzles for various purposes.The only two things that could be improved are-1. The cleaner is required to be plugged in every 3-5 mins for steam generation since the steam gets over very quickly. For continuous steam generation, you need to plug the device repeatedly.2. You need to carry the device along with it's wire everywhere to clean at different places in the house. I wish there was an option to disconnect from the wire and carry it without any hassle.
