Excellent replacement for HD518
Excellent replacement for old HD518 pads that has fallen apart. Easy to install, just press until it clicks. Perfect fit, great quality and very comfortable to wear.

Cheap and Easy to Fit
One of the original pads on my HD 599 SE's fell off a few days ago after a year or so of daily use. I always prefer to replace things like this with original parts but couldn't find them on Sennheiser's site, only a mail-in repair service which I did not want to bother with. I settled for these and have been pleasantly surprised. Very easy to fit and the outer material of the ear pads feel very similar to the originals. The inner padding itself does feel a bit "stiffer" than the originals, but that could just be because I haven't worn these ones as much yet.

Fantastic product, super easy to fit
I was very suspicious of this product, seemed too good to be true. It arrived in excellent packaging and is of high quality, changes over in seconds, although the included tool broke and is useless this can be done easily with a screwdriver. Look and feel identical to the originals. Has cost next to nothing and saved me buying a new pair of headphones for >10x the price. Even if they only last 6 months they will be worth every penny. Great purchase.

A very good replacement
These arrived within 24rs which was a surprise. Two velour ear pads which after a minute or two are snapped in place and there you have it a comfortable replacement ear pads for a perfectly good pair of Senheisser 518's. The old original pads had basically disintegrated. They also came with some thin foam pads and not sure where these are supposed to go as nothing in the instructions so I didn't use them. They are nice and comfortable on the ear and do the job so fingers crossed they will last quite a long time.

Apprehensive at first but glad I purchased
My sennheisers were a little worse for wear seeing that they'r'e coming on 6 years old and the OEM no longer made the pads. Stumbled across these and was a little apprehensive at first using third party products. Read some reviews and decided to take the plunge as the left headphone was falling apart. Do. not. regret my decision. They were easy to attach and made the headphones look good as new. Still have the velour feel that most sennheisers have, I've rated 4 for comfort as they're a little hard and a bit small at the moment but I imagine as I wear them they will conform to my head and ears. As for the 3 stars for noise cancellation, I was going to leave blank as most sennheisers are not aimed at being noise cancelling but leaving 0 stars felt unfair to the manufacturer. Overall great value for money and saved me £150 on a new pair of headphones

I'd rather buy another pair of headphones than waste another minute using these pads
I got a pair of 560s and one of the pads came off the retention ring while trying to clean inside the cups. Bought these to replace oem pads but these don't even come close to them ones. Even in their broken state. The foam is that much thicker and harder than the oem ones that it makes the headphones feel uncomfortable and cheap. The clamping force of my headphones went from being unnoticeable to giving me headaches if worn longer than 15-20 min at a time. The stock cushions from my m30x (which when brand new can be used to drive nails) somehow felt better. They're not great for sound either. My 560s went from sounding flat and accurate to having bass with weird mids and tiny highs. I went back to the oem ones.. even though they're broken they're still better than these.

Great for 18 months
Completely failed on the right ear where the liner came apart at the seam, exposing the foam.

Not for HD590
These DO NOT fit the HD 590, despite what the AI says.

I bought it for my old HD598SE. works as expected This comes with a plastic thing that helped me remove the old earpad plastic ring which stayed in the headphone without removing it u cannot install the new earpad.
