I have used this for a month now. It really works. So I was having issues with what I think is perimenopause symptoms. Such as bad mood, anger and unhappiness. I'm not sure how to feel about this supplement because I wasn't getting a period until I took them! I wanted to control my cortisol levels and be more relaxed after believing i was in full menopause due to vertigo,fatigue and no period for 5 months! 3 days into taking this supplement I started my period again. I'm not happy about that and was told I awakened my hormones again taking this. On the other hand I felt relaxed my vertigo went away and I was feeling good the first couple of days. I didn't take them yesterday but I'm still bleeding and don't even know if I should continue due to the other symptoms I originally took them for.
