Needed!
Have had this for a month, 3 days a week and performs flawlessly. Made a huge difference in back pain. Just needs some fine tuning on turns. Highly recommend for those wanting or needing to walk during golf!

Best on the market.
I tried two or three other electric carts. Finally went with this one even though it's more expensive. Well worth the money.

MGI Customer Service - disappoints
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the Zip Navigator / ⭐ for Customer Service I’ve had the MGI Zip Navigator for less than a month. While the cart itself performs reasonably well — earning it 4 stars — the customer service experience has been incredibly disappointing. The remote literally came apart in my hand shortly after purchase. I had to hold it together with rubber bands and eventually resorted to glue. Despite multiple calls, emails, and texts — bouncing between customer service, tech support, and sales — MGI refused to replace the remote or even the clip (a $20+ item) unless I paid for it. You’d expect better support after spending over $1,600 on a premium product, but that hasn’t been my experience. One word of advice: if you’re considering the MGI Navigator, look at the All Terrain model instead. My Zip flips over too easily, especially on uneven ground. Good luck to future buyers — hope your experience is better than mine.
