Can't recommend these enough for any gym head, great support for your heart. Easy to swallow fairly small pill, top quality I cant fault the product for the cost.

I'm about 4 months using these and the proof is in the pudding as it were. I'm on BP meds which brings me down to about 138/85. I thought this was still a bit high so started taking these. Took my BP same time every week, didn't see a change until after I'd say about 3 weeks. Then I noticed, down to 135, a week later 132... this went on and I seem to be settled at about 125. I had my annual check up at GP recently and officially, I'm at 126/80. One year ago I was 143/90 under pretty much the same time/day. Look, peoples physiology is different, I can only speak for me but would definately recommend taking these if only for elevated BP, though there are other benefits, perhaps, I can't attest to this is I have nothing to measure against. They're cheap enough!

Unfortunately trying this product noticed absolutely zero difference. May work for others but can't say it did anything for me.

only noticed when I had the package in had that "other ingredients" include maltodextrin, an exremely unhealthy additive hwich adversely affects the gut biome. Unfortunately I was not allowed to return this unopened package. Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!! Will not order again, and will more carefully scrutinize ingredient labels.
