Absolutely love this engraver! Still learning the ins and outs but the software is super user friendly. Don’t make the mistake I made by just purchasing the machine because you will find that you need the attachments such as the rotary tool and the different laser heads for different project types. Just get the package it’s worth it!!! Love this so much

I've had this machine for almost a month, and was having some issues with it that I thought happened during delivery. Support worked with me for a week straight to try to make sure that I could resolve the issue myself and if I wasn't able to they were going to help me get a part replaced for the machine. I love this machine it's been great I had a glowforge and this machine is the same wattage as a glow Forge but works faster than a glowforge I have yet to have a project to take me longer than 35 minutes to complete that's also including tumblers. It is a pretty heavy machine you may need some help getting it out of the box and getting it set up but overall it is well put together support is amazing and I would recommend this machine 10 times over.

It was a pleasure doing business with wecreate. The machine is so easy to use, and the staff is professional, and take time to answer any questions and address concerns. If you want to laser engrave I would recommend this over other companies, as the machine and software are easy to navigate. If you’re thinking of buying this, I would buy another one if my bussines was big, maybe one day.

Love mine easy to set up but do recommend to get the 2w IR laser with it because ur very limited on what you can do with the 10w (also recommend the higher ones just because of speed) I wish someone wld of told me this when I ordered mine so now im paying more to get the IR separate

Round 2 - MUCH better! 1st "new" unit I received was used/preowned and missing parts when I received it. Worked with Amazon and they were very helpful in getting a new/replacement unit sent out right away. The unit was very easy to install, since a good portion comes preassembled. You mostly have to install the external components (air pump, exhaust, and power supply), which is the case with most units. I have done several quick test projects, including a material test array for engraving time/power table and now a 4"x6" engraving of one of our cats (attached photo). I imported the image into MakeIt and prepped the photo within 2min to engrave and cut. The process took 10min 37sec, and it turned out phenomenal. The program is very simple to use and if you ever used the Cricut program, you'll feel pretty much right at home. If I get more proficient with the unit, I may look into also purchasing a Vision

I purchased this machine specifically to cut acrylic for my business, and unfortunately it does NOT perform as advertised for acrylic work. Important limitations buyers should know: • Does NOT cut transparent acrylic • Does NOT cut gold or mirrored acrylic • Does NOT properly cut acetate • Only cuts some solid acrylic colors (black, red, blue) • White acrylic does not cut cleanly These limitations are NOT clearly stated in the product description. If you are buying this machine to work with transparent or specialty acrylic, this is NOT the right machine.
