Pretty good
Has a bit of an odd crease on the back side but that’s not very important to me. Fits well and is comfortable

Much better than the zip-on replacements
VERY easy to replace the headband with this kit. It takes a little fiddling, but they really do provide everything you need including a jeweler's screwdriver.I was gratified that the main adhesive keeping the replacement band on is velcro which makes the process very forgiving. The fit end to end could have been slightly more generous. Advice: Be VERY careful with the little screws that you must remove and then reuse. They are very small and easily lost. If you have a magnet handy put them on that to keep them from rolling away.This is a much better alternative to the zip-on replacement headbands,
