Excellent Product & Outstanding Seller Support
I live in Portugal and I ordered this MacBook Air just two days before flying. It arrived on Sunday while I was already in Dubai. The packaging was perfect and the MacBook was in excellent condition, just like new. The supplier included his contact number on the invoice, and I personally spoke with him. I clearly told him that I would take the MacBook to Portugal and that I wouldn’t be able to come back for any issues. He assured me that I can contact them anytime on this number and that they are available 24/7 if any problem comes up. This kind of support and honest communication really gave me confidence. I’m very happy with both the product quality and the supplier’s service. Highly recommended! If you want, I can also make a shorter version for Amazon/eBay or a more casual one. 😊

Product Returned – Extremely Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the product received. The display was non-functional, and there were significant dents and cracks on the item. Given the state of the product, it does not even deserve a single star. I have initiated a return and do not recommend this purchase.

Hardware problem
I got this macbook air today, all thimgs are working fine except camera, the camera is full of dust and not clear visual, cant even see persons face.

Thank you, I received my order. There’s just a small scratch, and it’s not big, but it’s okay—everything is in good condition. I tested the sound and camera, and the battery health is good. The pad is working. I didn’t see any problems. Overall, I’m 98% satisfied. Very good.
