Not yet sure of receiving benefits
I had been taking stress relief medicines for last 3 years. Recently a doctor from Ayurvedic hospital advised to take 2 spoonful of Ashwagandha powder at night. I had discontinued the tablet and started to take this for last 8 days. I could not experience any significant improvements, however it may be too small a period to provide a review. I will continue it for one month, and then will decide whether to further continue or not.
