Why do these have Canola Oil as an ingredient if they're Dry Roasted?
I have bought these Dry Roasted Unsalted Cashews a couple times and I love them. Really good taste and quality. However, if it's dry roasted, why do the ingredients say Cashews and Canola Oil? Why do they need Canola Oil if it's dry roasted? Does anyone know? I'm trying not to eat seed oils because they're supposed to be bad for you. I love these, but they do have canola oil in them. Why? If they are dry roasted, why are they made with canola oil?

Cashews Roasted & Unsalted. Pretty good. They're a bit shriveled and on the dry side as compared to other brands. The natural sweetness of the Cashews comes through when they're unsalted. When soaked in water, then added to a chicken stir-fry, the Cashews are as smooth as butter. They're better priced than at the grocery stores around here. Excellent.

Really good cashews. Fresh, firm, and tasty. I buy raw nuts with the intention of roasting them, but I often end up eating most of these ones raw anyway.

I love cashews and these do not disappoint. They are lightly salted and nice and crunchy.

These are good cashews, some were broken but most were fine. So they aren't cashew bits. They aren't oily, and not overly salted. I've ordered a few times. They have been out of stock, I don't know why they get listed as "we don't know when they'll be back", as if cashews and this brand will be dropped.
