Better read the description. This is the case ONLY even though the picture depicts a mirror inside. Good quality pouch just don't expect the mirror to be in it.

Most signal mirrors that you can buy are made of plastic, and as a result, they don't actually work. When you look through the hole of a signal mirror you should see the optical illusion of a fireball, and wherever you position that fireball is where the mirror is shining light. Without the fireball you have no idea where the light is hitting. They carrying case sucks, plan on buying or making a replacement for it.

Delivered expeditiously and as advertised.

It fit well the Coghlan's No. 9900 2" x 3" glass signal mirror that I bought separately; there's even a little room to spare for other thin items like a Fresnel lens, etc. Quality-wise, the flap wasn't cut square on one side and the stitching was a little uneven but otherwise it seems securely sewn and suitable for its purpose. The Velcro and paracord lanyards were attached securely. I debated cutting off the lanyards but left them on, treating them as part of the emergency kit to be used as-needed. Per the seller, scratching is not an issue when used with glass mirrors. As a precaution however, I wrapped mine in tissue paper before storing it, figuring the paper can act as tinder. Per the seller, the pouch is 'Made in the USA,' though I couldn't find a country of origin on the tag or packaging. The tag on mine was sewn inside vs. outside as shown in the photo. NOTE: Since I ordered this, I noticed the seller did a much needed rewrite: it's now clear upfront that only a pouch is being sold - no mirror included. (Before it was less clear and "no mirror included" was buried at the bottom of the page. I saw it, but many people won't read that far.)

Perfectly compliments my Best Glide ASE Glass Signal Mirror (sold separately). The quality is really top notch and the best part is, that it's made right here in the USA. Do yourself a favor and get this holder and the signal mirror(sold separately) that goes with it.

This item was too small for my signal mirror. I ended up making my own hand-stitched case which turned out better.

Stitching is shoddy, but overall it seems ok. It's a ok yet overpriced. I bought it because it was the only one I found for a 2x3 mirror.

Works as intended, has ties to attach to pack. I cut ties off so that the case fits better in my pack and pockets.
