Pretty good...been working at a computer all day and had headaches pretty much every day of varying intensity. Bought these unsure if they would work but they really seem to help! They feel very cheap and seem to "catch" and reflect light easily which is a little distracting. They also seem to smudge easily and are hard to clean without streaks which amplifies that effect. But hey, no headaches! For the cost, definitely worth a try.
