I’m busy restoring an old Hilux pickup and this has been a godsend. Plenty of torque for removing rusted bolts, although I also treat them with Plusgas first. Combined with a decent impact nut and bolt extractor set and it’s managed to remove most bolts, save a couple of exhaust bolts I’ve had to grind off. It isn’t the smallest unit so you may find some tight access difficult or have to use a jointed adaptor. The battery life is very good, although I don’t use it every day for long periods. All in all, a very useful and well built tool at a great price.

Last week, my Fiesta ended up with a flat tyre just after I'd dropped the kids off at school. What terrible luck that was. To make matters worse, the weather couldn't have been more miserable – wet and freezing cold. Fortunately, I'd just bought this impact wrench, which turned out to be incredibly useful, especially for someone like me who isn’t exactly a heavyweight and usually struggles with those stubborn, rusted wheel nuts – particularly in such awful conditions. I wasn’t exactly looking forward to dealing with it, but this tool made the task surprisingly manageable. The strength it delivers is truly something. My old manual wrench wouldn’t have stood a chance – with this one, even the most stubborn bolts came off within seconds. The package came nicely put together, including two batteries and a solid, fast charger. I've already put it to good use – even mended the crooked hinges on Mum’s garden gate with no trouble at all. The built-in LED light has come in handy too, especially when working in the darker corners of the garage. The only minor issue was with one of the included sockets; it chipped slightly at the edge while I was tackling a particularly tough nut. Not a big problem though – I just swapped it out for one of my better-quality spares. For regular DIY tasks and small projects around the house or workshop, I genuinely feel this tool has proven itself to be excellent value.

This impact wrench has really simplified my car maintenance routine. It provides ample torque and has tackled every task I've thrown at it so far. The inclusion of two batteries is a brillaint, allowing me to complete an entire job without the need for constant recharging. I also like the built-in LED light, which is perfect for working in dimly lit garages or during late-night projects. However, it does have its drawbacks. The included sockets aren't the highest quality; one cracked early on, so I suggest using your own. Additionally, while it performs well with most wheel bolts, it can struggle with some high-torque ones, so don't expect it to compete with premium brands in terms of sheer power. All in all, for the price, it's an excellent tool for home mechanics or DIY enthusiasts. It's powerful, convenient, and a significant upgrade from wrestling with a breaker bar. Just replace the included sockets with better ones, and you'll be all set!

Powerful impact driver great price

I fit tyres for a living and i've had this for 1 month, the clip on the battery has just snapped, and Im trying to contact the seller to see if theres any warrenty or something, but Ive had no luck.

I wanted a impact wrench to take off wheel bolts if I got a flat tyre. I'm most impressed with the protmex it takes off the bolts with no problem at all, nice and quick. The only problem is the 19mm socket in the kit is a tight fit on the bolts, So I have to use a normal 19mm socket, that's the only niggle. For the price it is a very good piece of kit we'll worth the money spent, if the socket was a better fit it would be five star rating

This impact wrench is outstanding excellent durability it’s quite heavy but then that’s quality the battery life is great very happy

Great impact wrench for the money has a healthy amount of torque and is well able to tackle tough lug nuts …the two batteries are a bonus and give you plenty of run time

Helt otrolig. Försökte få bort hjulbultarna på en gammal husvagn. Misslyckades först med långt spärrskaft och även sen med rörförlängning. Men så testade jag min nya Protmex och bultarna slogs lös. Vilken överraskning. Överstiger vida mina förväntningar.
