This has truly made a difference for me
This has truly made a difference for me. I feel way more focused when I study and a lot less stressed during work. My energy stays up all day, which honestly surprised me in the best way. Definitely something I’d recommend, it really helps.

No results. Nothing happens.
It’s BS. It doesn’t help even a drop. No anxiety relief and it says I can’t return it. I will try to call them. Screw that.

Absolutely great !
Lipogen's PSPA has been so helpful to me! When I am stressed, I feel it on every level - My muscles tighten, I can't think straight, and my emotions go crazy. This supplement tackles all of those stress symptoms in a big way. Since trying PSPA, I'm able to keep cool in the daily stresses of life. My body stays relaxed, my thoughts are clear, and I feel calm and in control. Using PSPA to help with my stress level is one of the best things I've done for myself lately!

Not feeling it
I thought I’d give this lipogen stress relief supplement a try, hoping it would work for my social stress, but I could not feel much of a difference. I would say that it was difficult to try to take this three times a day. Best I could do was take one in the morning and one at night. I can’t discount the effectiveness as it could have been my dosing. Directions say to take one tablet three times a day. I finished the bottle with no noticeable difference on my part. Didn’t work for me.

Great supplement to relive stress and anxiety.
We live in such a stressed-out world. PSPA is a great tool for reducing the stress and anxiety you feel on a daily basis. I've been feeling so much better since starting to take it that I decided to do more reading about how it works. Amazing - PSPA actually fights stress in your system proactively, so that when crazy life things happen, you are ready to deal with them. My mood is so much better, and things that used to make me freak out don't bother me anymore. Do yourself a favor and try this product!

I feel better overall.
I bought this after finding out about the research about improved PMS/PMDD symptoms. I do feel better since using it. I’ve been taking it for four months now. I find it hard to remember to take it 3 times a day. So I normally take it twice. In addition, I’ve increased my amount of exercise and am taking other supplements. So I can’t say for sure that this is the only reason I feel better.
