I'm a man in my 30's who has never really had body acne until the last year after starting hormone therapy. My hygiene and cleanliness are fairly impeccable, but nevertheless it has proven incredibly stubborn and treatment-resistant. I have tried quite a handful of products so far, several of them salicylic acid-based like this one, with little to no effect. I even went through multiple bottles of the others, hoping that in time it would start to help. No dice. I am thrilled to say that even in less than a week of using this one, I am seeing noticeable improvements. The acne on my shoulders and back are not gone by any means, but I would estimate there's been almost a 50% reduction in total blemishes. I also love that this isn't a lotion or slimy or stinky mess like some of the others. Very clean and fresh feeling. No annoying peppermint or tea tree oil. Super easy to apply, dries quickly and most importantly, seems to actually work. I think it's fairly well-priced, I would honestly pay more as long as I was getting results. Will certainly be buying again.

Product works great! My only issue is the packaging, every time I use the product it ends up leaking all over the bottle. Other than that it’s helped with the acne on my back and chest.

Acts more like a toner. It’s a clear liquid. Absorbs into the skin quickly. I am using this as part of a routine to treat Keratosis Pilaris (KP) No noticeable stickiness and no smell. The package suggests that Salicylic Acid can dry the skin. So, follow with your favorite nourishing body lotion.

I’d never had breakouts on my back, even as a teenager, but perimenopause does strange things to your skin and about three months ago I noticed my back totally broken out. I did everything — change the shower filter, different laundry detergent, benzoyl peroxide foaming cleanser in the shower with one of those silver infused body scrubbing towels, retinol, other salicylic acid topicals, etc. And nothing worked. Then I got this thinking that if it didn’t work I could also use it on my scalp as a few other online reviewers said they did but WOW. Four days later my back was 100% cleared up and the skin is smooth like a baby’s. I did put it in a spray bottle so that I could access my back better and let it dry for five minutes before putting on pajamas and getting in bed but I’ve never been so impressed with a product for blemishes! Also tried it for my scalp and it has never felt cleaner and my hair is incredibly soft. Slam dunk!
