What is the salt and potassium content please.

On the back of the package, it shows 700 mg of sodium per serving, which is a teaspoon ! 29%!!! It also states not a significant source of saturated, fat, trans fat, cholesterol, dietary, fiber, total sugars, added sugars, vitamin D, calcium, iron, and potassium. Hope this helps!!! Charzy

I love this product (vegeta) i'm trying to find out the shelf life after you mix it with water. does anyone know? i don't always use it up.

Why would you mix it with water ?? Anyway, I have had the same can for several years, and it still tastes good...no spoilage....enjoy !
