The product I received was not working may be defective . They offer to replace but the replacement date was 2 months waiting. So I choose to get refund. Customer service really helped me at that point. The product i received in good condition ,build quality was really tough n strong. I tried again after charging for 30hours ,wish it was working.

Absolute waste of money. Did not work on my Ford Ecosport. Such a scam. Please don’t waste your money on this product. Unless you want to use it as a power back.

Awesome product! Worked perfectly fine on my drained car Battery.. The car was not used for more than a month, and the battery got drained which didn't start the car.. This happens most of the time, hence I decided to give this jump starter a try.. And it just worked instantly after connecting.. My problem was solved, and the hassle to jump start the car by arranging someone with their battery or their car is now over.. Good for the price and built quality is fine too.. Pretty compact in size, easy to use, and Battery life is pretty good.. This or any other product, won't work if your Battery itself is dead or bad.. Buy this only for the Battery down issue, not Battery dead issue..

Best decision ever for any car owner. Go for it. It does really good job. The battery is lithium and would easily last for 3-5 years based on usage. Also, company support is really good as I am already using other Agaro products. The jump starter is capable of starting mid size suv such as Honda Elevate as I tried on it by disconnecting the battery couplers and only used the battery of this product. Worked very well.

It works great, a little bit slow in refilling air, and makes a lot of noise though
