This particular collagen tea is the best. I have tried other strawberry lemonade collagen teas and they aren't as flavor full. This makes taking my collagen and added vitamins so easy. I do not like taking so many capsule or pill forms. This one dissolves easily and smells amazing as others were left chunky. I use it my hydro jug shaker cup that's insulated and it mixes perfectly.
