super soft, cute, light, and spacious!!!!!! i love that it has a zipper closure so i can keep everything from falling out. the inside is like plasticy pvc material which is good in case of an accident (water spill etc). the pockets are very deep and hold a lot more than you'd expect. excellent well made bag for its price.

Super cute, absolutely love this color. At first it was bigger than I expected and seemingly unable to become a crossbody, but after playing with the straps some more I got it! You fiddle with the 'backpack' to make them shorter, and this also cinches the bag a bit. I used only one strap and let the other hang, which I think also gave it a bit of slack, it hung about flush with the bottom of the bag, not noticeable draping. I'm 5'1 and it sits at my hip this way. It's bulky for a crossbody (for me) but I don't mind. I was able to fit my makeup and a full outfit change in there for a party same day I got it.

I love this bag I've had it for months now and it works great theres lots of room on the inside and many pockets the only thing I have to complain about and the reason I gave four stars is because you cant adjust the straps to be very long this just may be a problem for me since I'm tall but it would be nice if they could be a little longer other than that I love this bag!

Good quality just not the right size

I saw a similar product on social media for 5x the price and wanted to try the style at a more reasonable price point and this is "the bag". I am a working mom and this bag is my ideal size. It's big enough for a pack of wipes as well as all the stuff I like to carry daily (touch up make, lip stuff, backup cell phone battery) and it's so easy to go from shoulder to backpack on the go. I took this on a roadtrip and we make frequent stops along the way and this bag was the GOAT.

I've gotten several compliments on this from other adults. Have worn it as a backpack and as a purse. Seems to be holding up well. The straps get a little twisted but it's tolerable. Cute bag.

It's very okay. It feels really cheap and makes a loud crunchy noise when being used so I just don't really use it. The zipper catches a little too
