The nunchucks are great for training. They don't hurt much when making mistakes as a beginner. The chain is a little long so it's important to be cautious during overhand moves.

These are so light. You will be looking slick and really clean with these in no time. Speed with them is really easy to achieve due to the light weight! They're perfect for performances. The only thing is, as an adult, I've broken 3 of them while training with them a few times a week over the last couple of months. They're cheap enough to replace, but if you're an adult and putting some power behind some of your strikes, the foam falls off after just bounching it off your body after a little while. I'd suggest buying a couple! Would be a 5/5 if it wasn't for how easily they break!

It could do with a little more chain. I had problems holding and catching the hand.

I've wanted a set of these ever since I was a kid and finally I can say with pride that I own nun-chucks! The likelihood is that these are a bigger danger to myself than to anyone else, however I shall enjoy playing with these as light exercise. These are really nice, foam protected and look cool : )

I used it for more than a week, quite good for starters, the handle is foamed so i will not hurt. Gives a lot of confidence as a beginner. The quality of this product is good, it grips quite well and will not slip off.

Estan muy bien para los niños, lo unico que me habria gustado poder modificar la largura de las cadenas, ya que no es lo mismo mi mano, que la de mi hijo, y no se acaba de acostumbrar, pero son muy buenos.
