These organizational check off sheets have really helped with my ADHD/OCD but also my forgetfulness. They are great to have for my weekly list. I love that the pages are a little thicker and the layout of the design is great with easy functional checkoff sections throughout the entire page. Overall these are great for those who need reminders and need the satisfaction of “checking it off” the list as “complete” but I do wish these had a hard or cardboard-like cover on them as I have noticed the pages get torn, bent and pulled on when I bring them anywhere with me.
