I ordered this pillow in advance of an overseas trip with family. I took the advice of others and opened it, inflated it, and let it sit out for several days to be sure there was no plastic smell. I kept it in my carry on and my kids teased me when I pulled it out. But it didn't take long for them to wish they had one too! While it is tough to get sleep on an airplane, I was more rested than those without the pillow. And the price was low enough I thought I could ditch it if it didn't warrant valuable luggage space. But it made it home after a 2 week trip. I didn't want to part with it! Hopefully I'll get the chance to use it again soon

I bought this for one of my international trip that last 13 hrs on the plane. My old neck pillow is old and does not offer much support so I thought I would give this plastic one a try It was very easy to inflate, it took me 2 mins to get it up and ready to use. It does support my neck fairly well. if you are a tall guy, you would need to prop a pillow under to the the neck pillow higher. pro: easy to inflate and deflate, fold up nicely into a small bag included cons: has a plastic smell, tend to get hot around your face after you have your face on it for a few mins since it's plastic. it's mostly air, so if you have a big head or on a heavier side, it won't support as well, I tried it on my roommate. Also, prepare to inflate and deflate it a lot of time on the plane as there is nowhere to put it when they come serve you drink and food. I hit my neighbors with it a few times, so make sure you told them in advanced.

What pleasantly surprised by this thing. My mom and sister we're laughing at me when I first showed them, but they were jealous when I got some sleep on the long flight. I really liked the blow up valve. I would get the pillow into position and then slowly deflate it just a bit till I got in a comfy spot. Only complaint is that is had a plastic chemically smell. Definitely recommend airing it out before use.

Works great

I was very disappointed by this product. The bottom is rounded. I didn’t realize it was a problem until the gentleman next to me had to push me back because I kept rocking over to him while using it on my tray table. It also had an awful smell upon arrival. It works for your lap to a certain extent but I cannot use it since it will not work on tray tables.

I love to take this on planes. Very easy set up, and u fall asleep in seconds!

(((((EDIT: After contacting the seller and explaining my situation, they jumped at the opportunity to make this right and sent out a new one immediately. Excellent customer service. Here’s hoping this new one can hold up on my next trip. Will update again if needed.))))) Bad quality but an AWESOME idea. So comfortable. Took it on one trip that included 5 short flights and it helped me sleep and be comfortable, but on the last leg one of the seems ruptured and made it unusable! Cheaply made. Would not order this particular one again, instead I’m going to look for one manufactured at a higher quality. Very disappointed this only lasted one trip, when I have two small inflatable pillows that have been going strong for 4 years of heavy travel.
