Its a nice startup coffee machine. Saves space, build quality is good. I think one of the best in this price range.

Extremely disappointed. Brand new machine never worked
I purchased the DeLonghi Dedica about a month ago, and it has never worked—not even once. I followed all the instructions carefully, watched troubleshooting videos, and consulted every official guide available. Despite doing everything right, the machine simply does not function. I have tried reaching out to Amazon UAE customer service but haven’t received any real support or resolution. For a premium brand like DeLonghi, this experience is extremely disappointing. I am leaving this review in the hope that someone finally takes action and helps resolve this issue. I either want a working replacement or a full refund immediately. This is unacceptable for a brand new product. Also for other people that is thinking to purchase it to be aware

Product deffeciency
Machine needed descaling after 45 days from buying it, I use it only once per day. This is not normal as it should need descaling after 4 months not 1.5 month
