This is probably one of the best and easiest Noaa weather radios I have ever used. I broke the antenna on my first on so this is my second. If you live in the mountains like I do, this will pick up signals just fine. For the price, it's excellent. Five stars all the way. You won't be disappointed.

The radio seems to perform as advertised. The FM and AM bands come in fine, and the WB seems to be OK. Some static on the WB, but intelligible. Which is much better than the Sony ICF-36 I bought years ago whose weather band never worked. I don't know about the automatic NOAA alert, because I'd have to wait for a broadcast to see if it works. Have to hope that it does. I like the big rechargeable cell. I charged it up full and hope it can stay on the shelf in useful condition and check it once in a while. Seems like a good product at a fair price.

Awful! After day one antennae came out of radio. The unit will not play at all. Also on my return I was just going to exchange but new one won’t be here until late August/Sept. Now how do I cancel and just get refund?

The radio is a nice size. It easy to program the presets, and provides decent sound: when it works. I had trouble turning it on initially, so I tried different batteries; that worked. Unfortunately, the batteries needed to be removed and returned to the slots in order to reset the circuit: otherwise, it would not turn back on.

I bought this radio as a gift for a person who likes to listen to music as she takes her daily exercise walks. She loves it! She says the flashlight is great, it is easy to use and even has a built-in panic alarm. It fits in a pocket and ear plugs can be plugged into it. Great little item for the price.

I was thinking to return, but i want to keeping it. It is good product.
