great well built set with clean chic design! exactly what i have been looking for!
absolutely 5 stars! and more! we have had randolph morris faucets in all our homes - it is one of the best in term of vintage designs and it is solidly built with all brass. except its cold water cartridge. i believe there is a design flaw as we had to replace the cartridge 2x in 10 years already, and it just failed for the third time. so i finally decided to buy another brand. this set is the 3rd i ordered in a row from amazon in the span of 5 days. the first two brands were "recommended" by amazon when i searched for widespread vintage faucet. both were cheaply made with mostly plastic, and one has an off colored "satin nickle" finish. i immediately returned both. and searched again! there are really not a lot real vintage design that is chic AND clean! and WITHOUT a goose neck spout! this was one of the few. when the box arrived, i immediacy could tell it was quality stuff due to the much heavier weight. it was made with brass instead of plastic. and installation was a snap, figuratively and literally speaking. and no way would it leak! people who complained about the snap on connection simply are not handy or mechanically minded. you need to push all the way till the connectors engage - it is not that hard. and no, you do not wrap electric tape around any of it! and the price? unbeatable! cheaper than both crappy sets i returned! we love it so much, i already ordered another one to replace the randolph morris set that is still working in the other bath.

Look nice and work well so far.
So far - so good.... The installation was easy and they look just right for our rustic carriage house and antique pedestal sink. We got the brushed chrome finish, and the much-discussed logo that defaces the black-finished models is very subtle and quite unnoticeable with this surface. It's true that the turning directions of the handles takes some getting used to. The cold faucet turns on in a counter-clockwise direction and the hot (left) one is clockwise. This is the opposite of our previous faucets that had lever handles and it's taken a while to get comfortable with it. I realized later that the faucets could have simply been switched. The little H and C buttons on top of the handles simply unscrew and can easily be swapped.

Inexpensive and reasonably well designed
The finish is very nice. The water flows well (though it’s a bit noisy when the flow is low). The lever handles turn toward to the faucet, which seems strange to me. The little white plastic hot (H) and cold (C) inserts really should have been porcelain. Also, they do not align properly with the lever handles or with each other so they look a bit cockeyed. The drain plug has that new (very stupid) design that forces you to press it down with your thumb to close it and then put your hand into the (dirty!) water to make it pop back up. Otherwise, the set is very affordable, reasonably functional, and aesthetic.

Beautiful but..
these are absolutely beautiful BUT one of the 2 i ordered the stopper thing doesn't work...but as usual with anything the return is too much of a hassle so I will let it slide

Classic cross handled faucet set
This is exactly the right faucet for my "Manor House" bathroom. Easy install. Works well. Nice set for the price. Gave it 4 stars because the drain plug gurgles and had to be replaced.

1 Beautiful Faucet but it comes with 3 leaks!
When I first opened this box up, I loved how it looked and how it felt. I loved everything about it. This thing was built really really well. But there was a problem, I found the leaks there were 3 of them, and the more I turned on the water the more the leaks grew. I took apart the hot and cold connectors from the faucet stems and looked at them. I realized that the stems coming off of the faucet knobs or handles were not exactly accurate for the blue button connectors that click up to it. That allows water to go from the hot or cold into the main faucet. All three connectors underneath the sink leaked religiously! At the connecting spot. The only part of the faucet that was not built well where the grey and blue connectors that connect the hot and cold water to the main faucet. It’s the worst plastic on this planet to use there’s nothing that stops water from blowing out of it. I tried three consecutive times and each time the water blew out of it like looking at Niagara Falls but underneath my sink. So I flipped the sink back around, looked at it, and I realized that I could take one finger and lightly tug at any of the three connecting points onto the brass in the water connectors popped straight off the brass stems with very little effort. So I took Teflon tape and began wrapping the brass to see what the reality check was how many times did it take before the connectors held in place with more than average resistance to try to get that connected to pop off and I finally achieved it, so that tells me when they made the part That they didn’t make it to spec. They made it for a quick sale. The entire faucet, like I said before it was built extremely well, except for the plastic connectors that allow water to get to the faucet for you to use. Would I buy another product with that brand title? Absolutely, but not until they fix the blue connector buttons under the sink, and they would have to prove to me that they had done that.
