I would chose zero stars if it would let me. Agree with other reviews. I made the mistake of not paying close attention. This is made to look like Mary Ruth’s but it’s not. And unfortunately they don’t allow a return even if it’s not opened at all. When searching for Mary Ruth’s this pops up first. And has the same flavor and look at Mary Ruth’s. Very misleading. Wish I could return it

I bought this on accident because the logo looked like another brand but it actually tastes better. I’ve only had it for a little while so the jury is out on the hair growth but so far, so good.

I almost gave up on this, because it was ridiculously difficult to open.Liquid vitamins do make taking vitamins daily, a lot easier, if it tastes good.This doesn’t taste great, but it’s not offensive.With 10k mcg biotin in each serving, it’s typical amount to grow hair.It takes a few month before you can see the effects, though, but anything with that much biotin, will most likely work.

This item is an imitation of a well-known vitamin brand. Unfortunately, I made a grave mistake of missing that detail. As soon as I opened the box, I went to request a return which is not allowed although the product is still sealed. Note to self, double check those late night orders. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Buyer be ware, be sure you’re aware of the sourcing and quality control of this product.

I saw results in a week. Be consistent and you will be glad you made this purchase. My nails stronger and my nail beds stopped peeling.

I take 2 tablespoons in the morning with breakfast, the taste is pleasant. I noticed good movement in the stomach and intestines, the quality of my facial skin improved. I continue to take it and wait for my hair to improve.
