Does not fit tight, Starts slipping after sometime
(Female User Review) I love the Sound Quality and the Product Quality, just that it starts slipping down a bit from the ear if I am talking for little longer than 10 mins or so, may be due to jaw movment but it should not happen. Apple air phone even the wired one are perfect in shape for every ear. there is no issue for male users.

Head set issue
Dear Support Team, I am facing an issue with my headset’s Bluetooth connection. The headset is not able to connect to multiple mobile phones. For example, when I connect one mobile phone at home and leave it connected, I cannot connect another mobile phone at my office. The headset does not appear in Bluetooth search on the second phone. I have to go back, disconnect the first mobile manually, and only then can I connect the other phone. Because of this limitation, the headset is difficult to use. Please let me know if this is expected behavior or a defect. If this issue cannot be resolved, I would like to know whether it is possible to exchange the headset. Thank you for your support.
