great product for the price, does everything i need

F100 Review - Great screen. Lightweight but built quality is excellent. Came with a bunch of cables etc. The mini HDMI to HDMI enabled me to test straight away on my NIkon D7100 HDMI out.. No issues as I TURNED DOWN the volume on the screen before I started up my D7100 in video mode (would have been feedback issues). The screen is very bright and can be used outsie on sunny days with no issue if you use the screen shade (included). Hotshoe mount is strong and tightens fine. Few pointers, there is no HDMI thru/output so you'll need to split the video feed if you want to use this screen with say a caputre card etc. (unless of course the capture card has a HDMI thru/output which you could route into this screen post capture. Well done Neewer I Would buy again.. highly recommended.

This is a very good simple field monitor. Not for use for those wanting touchscreen capability, wanting true and accurate colours. But excellent for a larger cheap monitor when shooting video or photos. I've used it when filming myself simply to see the shot more clearly. If you want the best or recording capabilities, Atomos Ninja (or any current equivalent) is the only way.

Avoid had it for few months and it never worked on the job you have to keep trying to conect but its not good. I used it with my a7siii and a7iii its so bad and not reliable

Great product, compact and lightweight, just what I was looking for

This is a decent quality monitor with some useful features for field use. But it has a weird aspect ration of 16:10. You can select various aspect ratio options but the normal video 16:9 setting just crops from the left side of the screen instead of reducing the displayed height to show the full image. In the 'Panorama' setting it fills the screen and you get an image that is too high, so a little distorted.I'm using as I needed it for a multiview monitor for video direction, accuracy is not my priority for that purpose, it's close enough, But as a video camera monitor in HD it's useless. I had hoped the Zoom mode, which includes a vertical zoom, would allow me to adjust this but it only allows zoom in, not zoom out.It's a shame, I got mine on a special deal so it was cheap enough for me to overlook the problem, but it's not doing the job it was claimed to do - display 1080p videos in a production environment. Not recommended.

This is a great buy if like me you've noticed that the built-in screens on many cameras gives a blurred, image and is sometimes a far cry from what you are actually seeing. By using it on my camera,it has helped me take some much better images and has great colour fidelity. It also allows you to see more on the zoom function, especially to focus on any specific features or eliminate any imperfections which you may not see on a smaller screen on the camera itself. Have not used the sun shade yet, but a great extra!

Took receipt of this monitor and used it the next day at a casting shoot. It married to my camera immediately and one fully charged battery outlasted - off and on - a three hour casting read-through: certainly at least 90 minutes of filming. The LED is bright, clear and sharp. There are lots of features in the menu.Very well-made for the price and you would be hard-pressed to find a monitor of this quaility for the same money. Very happy with this purchase.
