Not even 90 days and one monitor just stopped working. I even bought a brand new laptop that fully exceeded the necessary requirements of video card and connections to still have it stop working. Disappointed doesn't cover it. **UPDATE** I have explained that the monitor HAD worked for multiple days and that one monitor (the right-side monitor) just stopped working, mid-use. The "suggestions" were to "replace" one of the wires (meaning buy a new connection wire), hold down the power button, and/or buy an external power source (they said "try to use an external power source" but who has one just sitting around?). Fact is one of the monitors crapped out. It happens. I am rightfully disappointed and now they want me to purchase more items to fix or circumvent the issue with their item? No. Changing from 2 stars to 1.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This screen extender is nice to have, it’s well made, building quality is great, and setting up is like 1,2,3. It can connect to your laptop or to your cellphone depending on your needs. It comes with a carrying case, cables for connecting devices, a stand for standalone use, and an adjustable base that holds both 14" displays securely. The best thing ever is now I can enjoy having 2 portable screens, I can be working and enjoying some gameplay with the same computer! Worth the price, I would recommend it!

Technology great, no complaints; PnP works as advertised. Self detection worked and oriented properly (landscape) 5 star otherwise. My config: left = USBC -> USBC; right = USBA->USBC + HDMI->mini-HDMI. Problem: Magnetic strips designed to secure the metal top plate (which the laptop rests on) are strong enough to impact signaling to internal/onboard laptop screen. Makes onboard screen undetected, Windows only recognizing the F3 monitors. I'm seeing on Dell laptops - unclear if other brands are effected. Fix: Do not directly align the rear of the laptop with the top edge of the base where the monitor mounting rods are (to create that flush 3 monitor look) - instead ensure the back of the laptop sits at least an inch forward of that area. What could it be? Magnet either jamming LCD/edDP cable delivering video signal or the lid sensor being triggered.
