Pretty good tasting tea with a peppermint flavor. Helps calm down the abdominal cramps and pain associated with that.

I got this tea for my daughter, who is suffering from PCOS and the associated pain that comes with it. I have read some articles that suggest teas can help manage those symptoms. Aromlife Natural PCOS Spearmint Tea is a herbal, minty tea that has a good flavor. We both personally like to make it, and then drink it cold instead of hot. That brings out the minty flavor even more. Whether it helps with PCOS symptoms is difficult to say with only 10 bags per package, but anything is worth a shot at this point. If it doesn't help much, I wouldn't buy it again, as 10 bags for $15 is more than I'd typically pay for something like this. Fingers crossed!
