HAMDARD Bazoori Motadil Sharbat 500ml / 16.91Fl Oz

This is the first sharbat syrup I’ve tried. I researched them a bit and think it’s an interesting beverage category worth exploring. It’s nice to see a commercially available line of sharbat syrups on Amazon. Overall this one has a mild flavor, almost honey-like in taste. To my palette, it’s nothing too special, light and floral. I don’t really drink sweetened beverages, so admittedly am turned off by the high sugar content (which is expected and normal for a sharbat syrup). If there are any benefits to regular consumption of the herbal ingredients in this, it’s hard to imagine they aren’t outweighed by the sugar content. However, if warranted by exercise or other physical activity, the sugar content isn’t an entirely bad thing. Personally, I’d choose some fruit juice over a sharbat…but I could see the appeal on a hot day outdoors, like a lemonade. All that said, this seems like a good product line for sharbat syrups. Not particularly impressed with the flavor of this one, but I would still recommend the product and brand. Just be conscious of the sugar content and use sparingly, or dilute more than recommended (you get basically 1 gram of sugar per mL, so adjust accordingly).

Very poor quality, almost half the bottle is frozen sugar. The price is vey high and non refundable. Not recommended !
