Worked absolutely great with my Samsung S20. Make sure I activated the sim before travel and then have no issues in Canada or America. Bargain!

SIM CARD IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH CHINESE PHONES AND SAMSUNGI bought this SIM card for a trip to Canada and checked my phone compatibility on the T-Mobile website, as the Amazon page suggests. This confirmed my phone was compatible so I was optimistic.On arrival, the mobile data wouldn't connect and when I contacted their support team I was told the SIM card is actually incompatible with all Chinese phones and Samsung and so I couldn't access data.I would not recommend buying this but if you do, please call their staff first to see if your phone is compatible!I went to a phone shop in the city I visited to buy a prepaid SIM card and got a card with 10x the data for half the price.Unless you are landing in a city which has exactly zero phone shops, please just go to one of those instead of buying this.

Good signal at most places. Clear instruction and advice for activation before departure date. This save lots of hassle and worry about not able to communicate with my friends locally.

The cost of using our uk EE phones in USA was prohibitive so I bought this 30 day sim with its unlimited phone calls data and txts. We would be in the USA for 3 weeks so the 30 day usage was fine.I set the activation date as the day before arrival by ship to New York. I put the sim in my iPhone 11 and It activated as we docked and worked immediately with a good phone and data signal. It was very useful to have a local (USA) number for local calls and texts and data.One minor issue is that the phone numbers are reallocated and I kept receiving txts and calls for someone called Monica. I explained that the number was now mine and the callers seemed happy.WiFi is freely available in hotels, parks shops etc but this was so useful when walking and driving as we could tether our iPhones and iPads to it and use Google maps for navigating. Would buy again.

Don't expect the SIM card to be set up and working when you arrive. I followed all the instructions and received a confirmation email saying everything worked and what my number would be. Unfortunately when I landed It became clear that It hadn't worked. I spent half a day of my holiday on their live chat trying to sort it. Once rectified I was probably getting at least 1 spam call or text a day. Signal was good though and it worked in Canada but be prepared for issues in set up.

2 of us were going to Canada and wanted a reliable phone for navigation etc while there. This promised 5GB of data which would be ample for 14 days. Firstly we had some difficulties getting the SIM to connect with data when we landed and had no navigation from the airport. This was fixed by the end of that day, however we kept loosing the ability to roam and frequently had to reboot the phone to get the roaming data to function. Half way through our holiday I lost all roaming data and my wife’s phone wouldn’t even connect to GPRS. I contacted the helpline and was put through to someone with an extremely poor quality line who gave some advice. I tried this and it didn’t help. I called back, spoke to a different person but still on a very poor line making it hard to understand. He told me to check my data balance by typing +#225#, did this and it said zero data remaining. My phones data usage monitor stated that I had used 42Mb of roaming data for a period that went back to prior to this SIM. Where did my 5GB of data go? I feel conned and urge caution. We gave up spending time on holiday trying to fix the problem and purchased data from our UK provider, this was expensive but trustworthy.

Worked on 1st day no problem .Had enough data speed for my needs and allowed voice call to 2nd sim we brought.Would of been 5 star but did not allow international calls

Excellent as described and value for money. We use this for our sat nav on our iPhone and is excellent in the mini bus on the big screen connected to CarPlay to miss the tolls. We also used this to call the local sheriff due to noisy partying house next door !. Great to use on the T mobile network and have a secure link away from public unsecured networks.
