I used these to make tiramisu yesterday. They were a good price and tasted great soaked in espresso. They were nice and crispy, not at all stale, although I doubt it would have mattered for this recipe. Thankful to have a gluten free option!

Works for making gluten free tiramisu. But, it soaks up the expresso Uber!!!! fast and if let it soak too long - as in slower than dip and take out in the same second - the lady finger turns to mush. Takes some practice but worth it to be able to have tiramisu!!!

Perfectly flavored. Very delicate. If you need to douse them in a liquid they disintegrate rapidly. Dunk them quickly and into the dish needed.
