Salty boost salt berry lemonade flavour is one of the best hydration drinks I have used, the flavour is fantastic & not like other products that taste artificial. I mix this in my pre-work out drink along with carb-x(cyclic dextrin) & essential EAAs…… fab! Mix in 500ml or less for strong salty taste, 750ml water is the sweet spot…. And 1L is mildly salty. This is the electrolyte I order over & over 5*****

Don't like the anti-cakeing agent in the ingredients. Just don't add it. But still great products.

All flavours have recently changed and no longer taste as nice, disappointing as I loved these before. Seem to have added colourings as they never used to turn water anything but a bit cloudy. Watermelon is now really artificially sweet.

These are exactly what my friend needed to replenish minerals that are lost at a greater rate on a keto diet—basically a powder to make what people in the keto community call 'ketoade' (a mix of sodium, magnesium, potassium, and keto-friendly flavor). People may have other use case scenarios, I imagine, but I got these thinking of my friend. These are tasty and fresh! The mango really tastes like mango and is not too artificial-tasting. Some people do use a sachet of this in their 1L water bottle and just sip it throughout the day, but the background salty taste can really wear on you after a while. My friend found it easier to just dilute to 250ml and then down it all at once. The mango flavor really helped with what is essentially drinking saltwater. We found these a bit expensive, all things considered, but they did do the trick.
