Great product
Si far great, makes it easier and faster to have items already warm. It does take a bit to warm up but it’s not a big issue. Easy to use, easy to clean.

Good product for the money
Bought this to use in our food truck, worked as intended, used it one time and the crossbar bent and instructions are lacking… takes abt 2 hrs to heat to temp if you use room temp water. Save yourself some time and put hot water into it to begin with. It will kee and heat after that. Wish the metal pans and crossbars were stronger metal though.

Very good warmer.
Very well made. I use mine in outdoors kitchen and just keep it dry. Have not had any issues with it in 2 years

Poor product
After less than 6 months use this 'commercial' food warmer has stopped working. The heating element is blown on it. Not worth the money. buyer beware, you get what you pay for.
