Had the original instinct for 3.5 years . The thing is a tank and still working great after continued abuse . It needed a new band so I was scrolling on Amazon and saw the instinct 3 had just been released .Hesitantly purchased , but wow ! This watch is great. It still seems to be just as rugged as the original but with many more features .The screen is very bright and also customizable through the connect IQ app. Very cool. The strobe light has already came in handy many times at night .Battery life is at 40% and I’ve had it on for 2 weeks .GPS function works great for runs , and the amount of extra data this one provides is insane .All around great product and happy with this purchase !

i love this watch. it watches my heartbeat / steps while i workout, it lasts almost 2 weeks on a single charge, and it has a little flashlight function. i still see my messages when i get texts. the only thing it doesn't have is a touch screen and microhpone, which is perfectly fine for all the other great features.

I am so happy I got this watch! I had a fitbit Charge 5 then a 6 but the stats varied so much, this Garmin Instinct 3 seems spot on. I was really stumped on getting the solar model or the Amoled but went with the Amoled because the screen looked cool, really awesome watch, colorful and tons of info, many watch faces you can use. I average 18 days between charges. I would buy it again so I highly recommend!

The Garmin Instinct 3 AMOLED is an outstanding watch! It’s incredibly durable, built to handle anything I throw at it. The AMOLED display is bright and crisp, making it easy to read in any lighting. I also love the built-in flashlight—it’s a super handy feature I didn’t know I needed. For an AMOLED watch, the battery life is impressive, lasting much longer than I expected. Whether for outdoor adventures or everyday use, this watch is a winner. Highly recommend!

Excellent watch. Much more durable than my previous watch with nice features. Great fit for my wrist. Enjoy the functions like heart monitoring, step tracking, customize workouts, and ect. Best bang for my buck and only issue I have is that I don’t purchase this watch sooner.

Coming from a Fenix 6, I wasn't sure what to expect—but wow, this watch is a serious step up. Don't get me wrong, I loved the Fenix 6, that is why the replacement was going to be a Garmin.The AMOLED display is way more vibrant than I thought it'd be, and the interface feels smoother and more intuitive across the board. Battery life? Easily 20 days for me, which is wild. And I honestly didn’t think I’d care about the flashlight, but it’s turned out to be ridiculously handy. If you’re on the fence, just go for it—this thing's a beast. Well done, Garmin!!

bought this watch for my husband for Father’s Day & he LOVES it. It’s easy to use, pretty lightweight and has great smart watch features. He loves the tactical look of this watch and wears it daily.
