Pleasant taste, actually very similar to Nandos sauces. But the scotch bonnet just overpowers everything, won’t be making it in my regular sauce rotation.

a nice moderately-spicy hot sauce. we didn't really taste the maple in it, but still liked the flavour. and we were happy to find another Canadian hot sauce maker!

4.5 Really. The sauce is tastey overall. The ingredients appear all natural without preservatives. I like the appearance of this bottle in terms of just marketing. That being said, please note this bottle is only 6oz, which was surprisingly small when I first saw it. This may be enough for 5-10 servings, depending on your sauce preference. A soild line drizzle over 2 6 inch borritos used up 1/5th of the bottle already, and at 14 bucks a pop, I question if it is worth it.

This has a great flavor. Good combo of flavor and heat. Maybe hi end of heat for me.
