I used to use King Arthur but concerns about glyphosate in wheat made me look for an organic option. The price on this flour is great in my opinion. Only a little higher than the flour I was using before. I made muffins this week and I honestly feel like they tasted better than with my old flour. The texture was great too! I'll be buying this flour regularly as I try to switch to all pesticide free food products. Bag was securely packaged,no leaking.

Love this flour! I make bread with it and it consistently delicious, fluffy, and though we usually have a problem health wise with wheat and gluten, we don't have a problem at all with the bread and other goods we make with this flour. As far as packaging, SOMETIMES the bags of flour are shipped in plastic bags closed right with shipping tape which is AMAZING! No spills, no torn bags. OTHER TIMES, the bags of flour are tossed into the box with other things, NO PLASTIC BAGS NICELY CLOSED WITH SHIPPING TAPE, crashing around them and they show up busted with flour all over the other things. and all over the inside of the box. That is no fault of the flour company. Love, love, love this flour.

I was a little scared to eat the buns I made with this, because I always get headaches (migraines) after eating anything with gluten. Or so I thought. My realazation that the issue was the chemicals on it proved correct. So thankful. I can now eat bread again. I made homemade hot dog buns with this and they were so so good. I actually ate 3! The bloating that usually occurs after a big meal was not there either. Happy lady here! Too bad it will not ship in the heat of the summer. If I would have known, I would have bought more sooner. Did I miss that in the listing? Anyway, yay.
