reviewing after 6months... dont buy.. its waste of money... i bought purifier within 6 months smps gone.. i placed repair request 4 days back.. after 10-20 times calls today atlast he came.. after visit he taken techinician visit charges(500rs) and installation charges (1000rs).. and he said smps is gone it will be 850rs.. send picture to company they will send u replace. but when i kept request to replace now they are asking to courier that part so we can send replace.. now courier charges will be 250rs... all this charges within 6 months for 4k purifier.. and total 3k went for repairs..

Writing this review after 15 days used this RO, Pls don't buy this product go a brand like Kent or HUL but still want to buy a local brand RO shop to a nearby shop that gives you quick service, complaints regarding water tests and powder-like material floating above water still no one came, if there is an option to return it definitely return the product. product quality also very cheap

It is very good product at very reasonable price. Installation service is very prompt and the technician was very cooperative and efficient.water quality is good.
