This Book makes a Great Coach
This book should be parked on your desk right next to your phone! If you have ever fumbled your way through a sales call and thought "If I never have to do that again, it will be too soon" then here's the resource that will change your mind, just like it did for me. Filled with useful and relevant scripts, tips and keys to making successful sales calls this book is like having a sales coach sitting on your desk guiding you all the way. It turned me from nervous and wimpy to confident and comfortable on my calls and is improving my sales this year. Do yourself a favor and add this to your desk decor, I'm glad I did!

Telephone Sales for Dummies is a decent book that may help someone who is on track to be a career receptionist, or is having trouble getting positive reactions on the phone.But, if you're looking for a short book to hand to new employees or young students, this new booklet on telephone and cell phone etiquette is now available on Amazon [...] and on Kindle [...] - It's short and sweet, and would be easily digested by both young and old.

I think it's a very useful book and very easy to understand with many examples. I use it all the time for reference and ideas.
