Effective option for Vegetarians. It is a pity that vegetarians do not get sufficient EPA and DHA. This product is a good alternative. Though this one does not have EPA. But it still helps. Looks like it is only product in Veg capsules. Little costly though.

Product was good and as expected. Thanks to Amazon for sourcing vegan omega 3 capsules which was hard to find in recent times. The product didn't have any side effects as of now. It will take time to evaluate the effect of the vegan version of the omega3. Will edit the review once we get to know the results. 4 stars as I felt the price was little too high. I looked for same product in shop and it was available for lesser price. Just because I'm too much into shopping from Amazon I went for this option.

Foul smell came from the capsules and got foul in taste after a month using them in this container in which it came with lid closed
