Pretty good but not the best out there. I like that it is aggressive without painful. I personally like the recovery R3 better as it covers the angles of your foot however this one is quite good for a more budget friendly foot rollers. So if money is tight this one will do very well but if you have some money to burn I recommend the R3

Hi love this product so much. I have bought it more than a couple times because I travel with it and I’ll leave them in hotel rooms and I use it every day so I can’t go without it. I learned how to use the ball and physical therapy so I use it whenever I need it and it works perfectly. great quality for money and easy to use. Multi- use purchase. It is extremely durable. Even with every day use, this product is almost impossible to destroy. This is a must have purchase.Standing up all day, walking whatever if your feet hurt you need this product! Helps prevent plantar fasciitis.

This has been indispensable for me as I deal with tight calves and hamstrings. A great little tool!

Nice size. Yet for me I wished the nubs are bigger,and not so lil. It feels ok,but for me. I need to feel more like impact against me feet.

Unlike some rollers this has a softer rubber surface which is extremely comfortable even for chronic pain issues.
