Perfect for Frodo costume
Good material for the price. I wore it for a Frodo Halloween costume and it was perfect. The brooch held the cloak together well and felt sturdy.

Nice but disappointing
Cape is nice but no brooch which is why it only gets 3 stars. Huge disappointment, change the picture so no further customers get the same disappointment
