Did not work as well as expected.

I tried this because I felt like a water balloon after every meal. But now I say less puff, more comfort. Love this for bloating and gas relief for women.

Took a few days to build up, but once it did, bloating’s down, digestion’s smoother, and I feel less gross after meals. Great bloating supplement. I like it.
