I am a 41-year-old security guard. I walk for about 8 hours a day. I have an extremely high arch, and the middle of my feet feel sore, like I pulled a tendon. I have not, of course, but the ache still happens through out the day. Spraying this on my arches and socks before a shift has been a godsend. I have not felt that pain since then. As a side note, I have been sleeping better and not waking up throughout the night as well. Which magnesium has that effect. This is something I will never want to run out of!

Since the first day that I use it, I noticed the relief. It's really great. The only thing is the after feeling that is on the area, is not bad is just kind of sticky, but like the instructions said, "if you don't like the sensation, wait at least 10 to 15 minutes after you put it on and then rinse" that way at least the oil get absorbed and do the work. other than that, is great.

This stuff is the best. I spray it on the bottom of my feet at night and rub it in. It really helps to relax you and allows for a great night sleep. I couldn’t give 5 stars because there was no warning that it would leave your feet dry and flaky despite adequate moisture. That’s not enough for me to say anything bad about it. If they labeled the bottom with this warning, you can decide if you want to deal with that. However since I have it, I will finish enjoying the bottle.

Being a diabetic my worst nightmare was getting a toe infection. Before I had read about the Magnesium spray I was cleaning it daily with peroxide, which was a small help but the redness was still the r e. Then my spray arrived 💓I removed the scabbing and applied the spray, since then the redness has subsided and the heat from the infection has gone away! I am applying it nightly to prevent this from reoccurring. Thank you.

I would give this 10 stars if I could. My sleep is now top tier (before this product I would get four hours now sleeping 8-10) and my one stinky arm pit is no longer. As other reviews have mentioned it does sting but the bottle has instructions for that. The sting is a 1/10 pain but the benefits are worth it. Don’t sleep on buying this product.

Magic in a spray bottle! I got up the next morning with ease. Forgot I had used it. I got a restful night’s sleep and walked upright the next day. This stuff is wonderful!! Definitely a keeper! Will buy again and again!!

I like the product but I do not like the new packaging. The previous packaging provided a great description of the benefits of this product which convinced me to purchase it. This is the only reason why I purchased it again.The product helps me with pain and sleep.
