Perfect tahdig , Easy to use & Clean
This thing works great and I am super happy with my purchase! The rice comes out perfect every time and I can finally make perfect Tahdig (crispy and golden) after years of trying. It is super easy to use and clean. Don't put too much water as it can spill while cooking. I love this rice cooker. Great for making Persian rice and crust. Highly recommend it.

It doesn't cook well, timer switch doesn't turn
It doesn't make good rice. The material and quality is not as it is described. It was very good quality before when we bought long time ago but this newer version is very thin layer and light pot. Not desirable quality and rice is either burnt or not cooked. When you turn it on it smells like it is burning. On the other hand, the round thermostat (or timer switch) turns only one way and you can not return it to the lower level.

Makes Great Tahdigh. Yum!
My mom used this brand rice cooker. I paid more than another brand that also promised tahdigh because I trust the quality.The rice cooker is incredible. It makes such even and crispy tahdigh. My family is over the moon about it.I had an issue with the first one (missing the lid) but it was resolved: Hafez Foods responded to my email within 24 hours and they sent me another one. WONDERFUL SERVICE!I am updating my review accordingly to give stars both for the product and for the service.

Damn, we love this thing.
So easy to use that I gifted one to my parents and my brother is eyeing one as well.We hacked it to make Spanish rice with the same delicious dark ring.We use medium grain Goya rice (washed until the water runs clear), with a multiple on the following ratio:- 1.5 cup water to- 2 cup rice to- 4 tablespoons of olive oil to- 2 teaspoon of salt (we like rice a little salty).Totally works in a set it and forget it kind of way. Also frees up a burner in my tiny kitchen.

No Tahdeeg at all
The media could not be loaded. The picture that you see are the best results I got after multiple tries. No Tahdeeg !It is just an expensive rice cooker.

Weak quality of material
Works well but I feel like it's falling apart. During one session a screw got loose and fell into the pot!
