Expensive, but worth it. Doesn't go bad like the bacon grease you try to save, has a great container to keep it all out of the way and love the adorable little wooden spoon it comes with. It's a great base for roux or cream gravy, adds a lot of flavor.

LOVE this stuff! I am a repeat customer many times over ! I don’t run out! The only suggestion I have is stock up before hot weather . One time I ordered during the summer and it arrived completely melted . Lesson learned : stock up and have plenty on hand until cooler weather.

This stuff is great! Brings a great flavor to the food being cooked without being overpowering. Doesn’t seem to smoke as easy as butter. Wish i could have found this years ago. With is shelf stable it doesn’t take long to melt and ready to go.
