Still Relevant in 2024 - Stable leg sleeve for the average gym-goer like me
As a 30-something year old dude who goes to the gym 2-3x a week (and maybe plays basketball every few weeks) this leg sleeve honestly exceeded expectations against some of the negative reviews I’ve seen here. Many years ago I injured my left knee, something along the lines of a partial ligament tear- I’ve dealt with quite a bit of crepitus (clicking/popping) since then. The injury now doesn’t really bring pain per se but can sometimes feel unstable. Also having been re-visiting some squats lately I wanted a little more support and this sleeve is a winner: brings warmth, compresses the leg evenly/very well, and makes me feel more confident performing leg exercises (less clicking and popping too!). SIZING: For reference I’m 5’ 7” ~190 lbs and went with size XL based off their size/measurement chart (I’d say it’s very accurate- I went off the thigh measurements. I’m 22”/56cm at widest part of thigh). Seems to fit well in all areas, albeit maybe a touch tight behind the knee area but it’s supposed to feel a bit snug. There is a little give length wise, so if you’re taller than I, you can probably cover another few inches of more leg (I’ve been wearing mine mid-thigh ish as shown. I could see this particular XL size to be a bit long if you’re shorter than say 5’ 4” or something. You could maybe roll up the ends worst case. I would also speculate this product is generally made for smaller folks- I’m not a big guy at all but I went with XL, with XXL being the final size offered. I don’t see a body builder being able to utilize this sleeve. GRIP & FIT: I had absolutely ZERO issues with the leg sleeve moving up/down/twisting/etc. Stayed in place and experienced no allergic reaction, red marks, etc. This was after doing squats, lunges, hip adductor/abductor exercises, and running a mile on the treadmill. I’m not a marathon runner so I couldn’t say if it holds up for miles and miles under sweatier conditions, although my hairy legs also probably alleviate slippage too lol. Fit-wise I’d say this sleeve has generous ample compression: if it were to be any tighter I wouldn’t find it suitable for working out/general physical activity in my opinion. Of course everyone’s body is different and another size up could maybe change the fit as well (I don’t think I’d be able to fit in a size smaller). Outside texture is smooth and comfortable. VALUE: This is a slightly pricier product vs many others you’ll find here on Amazon (paid $34 at time of review) - I’d honestly say it’s priced just about fair. The material to me is like a medium to medium-high type of thickness; this ain’t pantyhose thin leggings. It definitely has a more athletic+medical type of quality. Sure you can spend half price for other products but those aren’t apples to apples. The cheaper products are more or less panty-hose type thin. But I can see why there are many other reviewers here who come from post-surgery/knee-recovery type backgrounds. OTHER THOUGHTS: Although I’m not a big logo/brand guy, the embroidered logo on the bottom is a nice touch vs a printed/heat applied logo that peels off after a couple washes. The Black color option is a true black - not a gross off-green/off-blue black. I haven’t tried these on the court yet but I can’t imagine this sleeve would be comfortable playing basketball/other outdoor activities in the summer heat here in Arizona due to the thicker material. One might want to opt for one-legged tights at that point but we’ll see. Overall I’d buy this again, really have no complaints. Could it be a couple dollars cheaper? Maybe. I don’t think I’d pay like $40-50 for this though. Otherwise I received the sleeve in a day with Prime, and my knee couldn’t be happier.

Admirably fine quality, helped to control swelling after total knee replacement surgery.
What I liked most about this product is it Worked as advertised. After total knee replacement surgery you will have to find a way to control swelling for quite a while. Those flimsy white panty hose style will not work for an extended period of time, they will work fine for the first five or six weeks of recovery while your knee is still bandaged and sore. After that you will grow weary of the way they constantly roll down into a tight band around your thigh and cut off your circulation and if you move around while sleeping like mostly everybody else on the planet they will definitely NOT stay in place and you can forget about wearing them under your clothes and going for a walk or back to work and moving around all day. This product will more than likely solve all your problems. It did for me. It comfortably provides firm support and compression to help control swelling, it stayed in place all day, I'm a construction worker so I'm on my feet and I move around quite a bit during the course of my day. The rubber band around the thigh will roll down SLIGHTLY and I mean very little compared to several other compression stockings I've tried. Over all it was totally acceptable. If you have lots of swelling the band at the bottom of the leg will squeeze a ring around the area near your ankle, once again not a deal breaker because if you're like me a normal pair of socks will squeeze my leg and leave an impression. They are tight but isn't that the whole point of buying compression stockings? Be sure and use the size chart and pay attention I believe it's in centimeters not inches. Otherwise you will pick the wrong size. Buy it it's worth it. Good luck with your recovery.

Great Compression Sleeve - But One Issue
This sleeve provide excellent compression. And they're the only ones that I've tried that actually don't slip down the leg from the top. But I recently started wearing these all day, and found that the anti-slip bands at the top had cut abrasions into my leg. I'm not sure why because the anti-slip bands are very smooth and soft. I like these sleeves so much that I had just ordered another pair. But I may have to return them if I can't identify/solve the problem.

Perfect !
This leg sleeve has worked perfectly for me. I'm a very active person. Tore meniscus in my knee several years ago. Also have sciatic nerves issues and osteoarthritis in my knee. Have tried multiple brands of knee and leg sleeves but this one is a definite winner. Experience no pain in my knee nor leg when wearing this. Doesn't slip or fold over from the top. Excellent leg support. I would recommend this product.

Nice compression, but wish the material was more durable
Good compression and fit but got holes fast and some rips. Hasn’t really affected the performance I suppose but it looks kind of ragged when I use it (primarily for basketball). It is a bit loose until you get a light sweat then fits nicely and stays put.

Best sleeve I tried for post surgery compression/under brace wear
I tried a number of sleeves compression and wearing under a knee immobilizer/brace post ACL/meniscus surgery, and this one is by far the best. The knee brace still slips a little, but less than other ones I tried. Also, I really love the length. I am 5'9' and got the large... it goes all the way from my upper thigh all the way down to my ankle, and the silicon on the inside of the upper side of the sleeve really stops it from sliding down... it doesn't slide down my leg at all. Lastly, it is actually pretty comfortable... I forget that I am wearing it all day... I put ice packs over it multiple times a day as well to ice my knee... it lets the cold really get through but keeps me from getting ice burns (which I got prior to using a sleeve). I think the germanium crap is just witchcraft and is most likely just quasi-science BS, but I don't care because it meets all my needs. Highly recommend.

Its great and washes well and it works well for what's used for which is running but I also used it for other reasons. Yes I recommend when it's on sale.

Me gusta porque tiene un ajuste directo en las partes que más se fuerzan al realizar mi actividad física.

The 20 to 30mmHg sleeve received is of higher quality than what was expected, which will most likely last longer maintaining it's original support for a long period. The product came in faster than originally promised

I've used it for the first time and my knee feels good. Hopefully it last for a decent amount of time. Highly recommended. True to size as well in my opinion.
