Has anyone used these for house cleaning?

Would these work for feminine wipes?

If you intend to make your own solution to set them with, yes. They are a dry wipe for the purpose of DIY wipes. I make deodorant and disinfectant wipes with them and there is no pilling or erosion of the wipes with any of the ingredients in either of the wipe solutions I have made.

If placed in a container will these "pop up" for the next one to be ready to you (like baby wipes and tossues do?)

Not well. There are way too many of these wipes to fit. The are not interfolded or in a roll and they are relatively thick. I just grab however many easily fit into the wipes container and add alcohol. Then you have to fish them out with a couple of fingers

What's in these cloths?

Nothing, but they're the same clothes used for premoistened bath clothes. They're lighter than the premoistened ones, and if you add some water and a little Dr. Bronner's - you're good to go!
